DOWNLOADING PDFs ALWAYS FAILS

whenever i will try to download a pdf, it will always stop at 90% and say it failed. i have made a lot of my university projects here and it becomes a huge issue as i have to present it or get it printed. also there is no presentation mode. this is so amateurish.
