We're sorry to hear about this. Is it possible for you to share the screenshot of what you see on the screen? Have you tried the other browsers listed (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Clearing the browser's cache and cookies can also resolve these issues.
