Downloading Projects

When I go to download a project it says it is downloading and the progress bar moves along and completes but I cannot find the file anywhere on my computer. This didn't used to happen and I could find them easily enough. Where have they downloaded to?

If you're using Adobe Express, which is web-browser based, then it has to be a browser issue as to where it downloads your files. When we click Download there are no other options to save elsewhere - it downloads to the where your browser saves all web downloads.

What browser are you using and where do you have your downloads saved to as a rule?

Thanks but it's not in browser downloads so I don't think it's a browser issue.

In your browser settings look for where it saves downloads. For example, in Chrome my downloads always go to my Downloads folder or I can opt for it to ask me every time where I want a download to go.
