Do you see an error message when you try to download or share your project? Is it happening with every project? 

Can you try this workaround: 

• Try editing from another browser, such as Microsoft Edge, Safari or Chrome
• Test in incognito or privacy mode
• Clearing the cache/cookies from the browser also resolves the maximum number of such issues.
 
If the issues persist, please send a screenshot so we can see what you're experiencing.
