Downloading to PDF and Fonts

When downloading to PDF, it removes some of my formatting such as bold lettering etc. Also I am having a hard time with existing fonts on my PC being recognized in the tool.

We're sorry for the delay and to hear about this. Are you still experiencing this issue? If yes, could you please let us know which Adobe font you use? Did you also observe this with any other font?
