Welcome to the community! We're sorry to hear about the issue you're encountering. Have you recently added any Plugins/Extensions to the browser? Are you able to download the file in the browser as I mentioned above? Is it happening with all files or just a few?

 

Also, are you using the image from your local drive or from Adobe Stock images?

 

We're here to help, just need some info.

Thanks for reaching out. Also, Have you tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Also, try clearing the browser's cache and cookies and let us know if that help's.

 

If that doesn't help. Can you please share the project URL with us to investigate further?
