Downloads stuck at 90% in Adobe Express

I’ve tried clearing cache, using a different browser, importing a file into a new project, trying to download another file from an old project, updating my OS, trying to download another file type - nothing! No file will download beyond 90% in Adobe Express. I see that there was an infrastructure issue that was reported 9 days ago, which was supposedly fixed, and the thread was closed on the forum. The issue is still there and I am on a deadline and my work is stuck in Adobe Express
