when i try to download the video made in adobe i get an error, it's sad because you can't trust this tool. now i have to do the work again in another program to be able to publish the material.

We're sorry to hear about this. Could you please let us know the length of the video? Is it happening with all the videos or with some specific ones? Have you tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference?
