Drag and drop a file

When importing a new photo to edit, I would always drag it from my file explorer and drop it across the 'upload' or 'start new design' icon. 

Since a recent update, that drag and drop system seems to not be working. Has anyone else has this problem or know how to fix it?

Hi, 

Thanks for looking into it! I've tried on private mode and still nothing. I mostly use the Windows Adobe Express App, so want it to work on there too.

Here is a video. The only thing it would do was to open the image in a new tab, if I dropped it over 'Start New Design'.

Can you please try reinstalling the app and see if that helps? Also, please make sure that the network endpoints listed on https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/network-endpoints.html are allowed.

Thanks for posting here! 

I tried replicating this on the home page and on the editor window and was able to upload content from the file explorer to Adobe Express without any issues. Could you please share a screen recording so we can gain a better understanding of the issue and investigate it further?

Try in private/incognito browsing mode to see if that helps with the issue.
