Drop down boxes not working

I'm trying to duplicate and reschedule posts. The dropdown menu to choose which platform you want to use won't work, and then the schedule date/time also won't work, so it's impossible to select a date/time to schedule, and impossible to publish. Just started happening in the last few days.
