Duplicate tool not working

For some reason my duplicate tool is not working in Adobe Express. I was trying to duplicate lines and now text and it is grayed out. Is there a current bug, or is it just me?

Have you tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference?
