Duplicating File Does Not Save

  • March 1, 2024

When I attempt to duplicate a file, or save it as a template, it only shows/saves the very first thing I ever did on the file - the original state of the file - rather than what I've been working on. It shows like this on the home screen of Express too, showing the original, unedited file, until I click on it. The duplicate file shows the old version.

Attached:

- Bug 1 shows what I've been working on, the current version.

- Bug 2 shows what it looks like when I duplicate or save as template. It shows this old version in the actual Express file when I click on it too.

Hi Lyn. This issue still occurs in Adobe Express. I'm waiting until the bug is fixed to continue working in Express.
