Duplicating on a timeline bug

Hey team! I've noticed a frequent bug this week. Anytime I try to copy and paste an element to another scene in the timeline, it will paste it, and make the duration so small it doesn't look like it's on the timeline. You can't even select it to make the duration longer. It does that with text, icons, images etc. This seems to only happen on the desktop version.
