Can you please clarify which audio you are referring to? Is it from the Adobe Express library audio, or do you have an audio file uploaded to the project? Have you tried working on incognito/private browsing mode to check if that makes any difference? Also, let us know if this issue is happening with all similar projects. 

Sharing a screen recording of the workflow might help us understand the issue better.
