Editing

after editing there is not any audio on any of my clips and it keeps saying working on the download. its been 2 days at this rate I cannot get my projects off the ground. It's very discouraging. Why do I have a subscription as this app cannot keep up .I have now two videos sitting in the we are working on your video. that was two weeks ago with that project. How is this helpful if I am doing basic editing and after finally finishing the project I have to try to redo it again.
