Editing a video triggers an error

I cannot edit anymore the video https://new.express.adobe.com/id/urn:aaid:sc:EU:9e59e6f0-daa0-4f49-90a2-7a9fa1e25cce .
Every time I open it in Edit mode, it pops up "Something went wrong" .
