Editing old projects

I bought this mainly to create ID badges for work. Now in the last few weeks I cannot access my old projects and/or edit them. When I try to open an old project to edit it just won't load

Specifically, where were these projects created (e.g., desktop or mobile)? Are you trying to access them from the same platform where they were made? As projects converted to the new version and created on the desktop may not be visible on the mobile app due to differences in file types. Any details you can provide will help us in resolving the issue.
