edits disappearing

Hi, I'm trying to edit a poster with text and shape and i keep getting messages that i need to refresh and a section of my work keeps disappearing. It's happened more than 5 times now and my wifi connection is working fine.

Could you please include a screenshot of the error message and/or the url of your file (from the browser's address bar when the file is open)?

That way, we can check error logs for your file, if any.
