every time i click on the elements icon it just comes up with a balnk sceen . all so if i do it from the search bar it comes up with a couple but then when you click more the tab goes blank ( have waited 5 mins then retried but still nothing cheers corey

Hello Corey, yes I've had this problem myself a couple of times. I know it's a big pain, but the usual remedy is:

Deleting the specific cookies for Adobe Express - https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/95647
Clearing the entire browser cache (which will mean signing in again to all websites) - https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/32050

That usually works for me, a complete refresh, but if it doesn't:

Testing another recommended browser e.g Edge, Firefox or Safari.
Testing with an incognito window.

Doing all the boring testing stuff helps when it comes to reporting the problem here. If the problem still persists please come back with information about your operating system and the browser you are using, or have tested, and someone can investigate further.
