when I click on Elements, I used to see a few selections including background, but starting yesterday, I am not seeing anything when clicking on elements.

Also, you might try switching to a different browser.

Hmm... I'm able to see Elements. Maybe try going to your avatar in the upper right, go to Sign out, and then sign back in.
