Elements on timeline cannot be edited properly: random jumping from one sequence to the next

Hej all,
I’m using Adobe Express web version on Google Chrome. There has been an update recently which has changed the display of timelines and -timings of elements on a sequence when editing a video. What has worked good in the previous design is now an absolute pain; if I wish to shift the timing of an element on one sequence, for whichever reason the selection jumps to the previous sequence. It is also not possible to move the time-cursor every now and then. I have attached a short screen-video of said problem.
I would appreciate it if it’d be fixed soon as it seriously impairs my work. Thank you!

Hi @LCS, thanks for the detailed report and the screen recording, that's really helpful for us to see exactly what's happening.

Sorry this is impairing your work, especially since it sounds like it used to work fine. I'm going to pass this along to our team to investigate the timeline/sequence selection jumping behavior you're describing.

A couple of questions to help narrow it down:

    • What version of Chrome are you using?
    • Have you tried this in an incognito window, or after clearing your cache, to see if it makes a difference?

I don't have a timeline for a fix yet, but I'll keep this thread updated as we learn more. In the meantime, if you're able to note roughly when you first noticed the change, that would help us narrow it down as well.
