I receive an endless loading animation when trying to use any functionality on Adobe Express. This includes using text-to-image generative AI and also when selecting a template (e.g. an Instagram Tile). This issue means that I cannot use the platform at all.
This issue can sometimes result from an essential network endpoint (see list here: https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/network-endpoints.html) being blocked by something like an ad-blocker, firewall, network proxy etc. Could you check if that's the case.
Also, which OS/browser are you using? Does using another browser or an incognito/private window help?
