Endless Loading on all features

I receive an endless loading animation when trying to use any functionality on Adobe Express. This includes using text-to-image generative AI and also when selecting a template (e.g. an Instagram Tile). This issue means that I cannot use the platform at all.

Hi,

 

This issue can sometimes result from an essential network endpoint (see list here: https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/network-endpoints.html) being blocked by something like an ad-blocker, firewall, network proxy etc. Could you check if that's the case.

 

Also, which OS/browser are you using? Does using another browser or an incognito/private window help?

 

If it doesn't, could you save logs from your browser after you experience the hang, and post them here? You can find instructions for this online (here's one link: https://help.zapier.com/hc/en-us/articles/8496199434765-View-and-save-your-browser-console-logs)
