English to Haitian Creole failing due to "going against terms of use" for no reason?

There should be no reason why it doesn't translate:

"We meet locally in our office or in host homes and engage in lively discussion surrounding God’s word, make new friends, encourage and support one another on our journeys. See newsletter or website for details."

to Haitian Creole which is:

"Nou rankontre lokalman nan biwo nou oswa nan kay moun k ap òganize epi nou angaje nan diskisyon vivan sou pawòl Bondye a, fè nouvo zanmi, ankouraje epi sipòte youn lòt nan vwayaj nou yo. Gade bilten an oswa sit ntènèt la pou plis detay."

If there is a problem I'm missing, please tell me because this is a major issue every week trying to translate things. I can't find where in the TOS that translation issues like this would be mentioned. Please either tell me what the bad language is that is against TOS or fix the filter on the words.

Is there a more private location I can send the screen recording to you through as there is private information on there such as phone numbers and emails? I am running into the same issue again, but this time it is something else in the same text that has already gotten through previously with the same error. It would also be nice to know what exactly the filter is using to try to prevent use so I can try to resolve future issues of this myself.

Hi

@paucar

,

Thanks for your response. I tried, too, and it's working fine. Can you share your Adobe ID and the project you're on with us via private message? Also, do you get any error messages when trying to translate? If so, can you share a screenshot of the error?

You can access the private message from the envelope in the top right corner. Here is the URL

Hi @paucar

I’ve tried translating the text you shared into Haitian Creole and have not encountered any errors. To help us investigate further, could you please share a screen recording of the issue? This will allow us to see exactly what’s happening and provide more accurate assistance.

Regards,

Sonali
