Enterprise Adobe Express account does not move shared files and does not sync properly

We have an Adobe Enterprise account that allows our team to share and organize files. On numerous occasions, duplicated files do not move into the selected folders or are not saved there, even after we click Save.

We have also experienced instances where folders I personally created become grayed out and inaccessible. When I try to open them, I receive a message stating that I do not have permission to access them—even though I am the person who created the folders.

These issues occur intermittently and make it difficult for our team to reliably save, organize, and access shared files.

    Hi @alice_5562,

Thanks for laying this out so clearly. These read as two separate issues, so I want to treat them that way rather than lump them together.

On the folders you created showing as grayed-out / "no permission": before I can tell whether it's a bug or something in how your org's Enterprise access is set up, a couple of things:

    • When a folder greys out, does it come back on a refresh or later, or stay locked?

    • Does anyone else on your team see the same folders as accessible at the same moment you're locked out, or are they locked out too?

On the files not moving/saving into the selected folder:

    • Is it the duplicated copies specifically that fail to land, or original files too?

    • When a file doesn't save to the target folder, does it end up somewhere else (like back at the top level), or does it seem lost entirely?

One note: because this is an Enterprise account, some of what's happening (especially the permissions piece) can depend on how your organization's roles and sharing are configured. That's something your Adobe admin or our support team can see directly and I can't from here. Depending on your answers, that may be the fastest route for the access part. But the intermittent "locked out of my own folders" behavior is worth me flagging regardless, so let's start with the above.
