We are aware of one bug where the Erase button does nothing after you've opened a second Express file within the same browser tab, without refreshing (i.e, open a file, return to Express Home, open a file again). Does that sound like your use case?

 

If so, refreshing the browser tab should fix the issue. If not, a screen-recording of what you are seeing will help.
