Hola buenas noches queria informar que desde el dia 26/octubre/2025 la web para crear subtitulos parece tener problemas, pues me sale este error UUID: d5786b89-1552-452d-9c04-17aafb44b2f6

Agradezco cualquier tipo de ayuda para una solucion a este problema.

Hi @juan_diego_8184, are you still facing the issue? Have you tried working on a different file to see if it works fine for another file? You may also want to give it a try on any other recommended browsers like Edge, Safari, Chrome or Firefox.

We're sorry to hear about the difficulties. Did you try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) or incognito mode to see if it makes a difference? Disable ad-blockers or antivirus software temporarily—these can sometimes block Adobe Express from loading properly.
