error al descargar video

Welcome to the community! Is it happening with a single video or with all videos? Which browser are you using? As per the screen recording attached, I am not able to see anything in it. Could you share another recording of the issue?

Have you tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Try clearing the browser's cache and cookies, and let us know if that helps.
