Error Code : Internal_sever_error

Audio animation features experience this same error. Same thing with Chrome, Edge, and I turned off the firewall in a Windows 10 environment. I've turned off all the security programs. I've tried updating the router. But I keep having this problem. I get this problem while uploading and converting audio.
