Error de descarga

La aplicación esta presentando errores de descargas de archivos en mp4. Hice dos proyectos diferentes y en ninguno permite la descarga completa; en dispositivos mobiles ni siquiera arranca. En otros dispostivos llega hasta el 42% y la aplicación emite el mensaje de error de descarga.

This shouldn't be happening. Can you please share the download error message you got? Have you tried clearing the browser's cache and cookies and then downloading the video project? Are you able to download projects in other formats? Would it be possible for you to switch to a different internet connection and then try downloading to check if bandwidth might be an issue? 

 

Please share your observations with us. If the projects still do not get downloaded, send us the project ID (URL) via community DM so we can investigate. We'd also require edit access, which we'll request from our test account.
