Error downloading video assets

When trying to download a premium video asset it gives me an error and stops at 20%. I have premium express so it seems like a bug.

    Thanks for your patience. Did you try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Also, try clearing the browser's cache and cookies to check if that helps.

     

    If that also doesn't help, try disabling the pop-blocker and extension if you've recently installed it.

    Is Adobe Express having major issues? Exports are either showing up blank or not saving the edits that were done.
