Error Editing

Everytime I have to go back and rewatch a clip, the video is frozen on a random scene. When I leave the project and come back, it works just fine and encounters the problem again if I rewatch a scene. It's impossible to edit this way

We're sorry to hear about this. Is it happening with all the videos? Is it possible for you to share the screen recording of the issue? The problem you're describing, where the video freezes on a random scene when rewatching a clip, can be frustrating and disruptive to your editing workflow.

 

Have you tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Try clearing the browser's cache and cookies of the browser to see if that helps.
