Error en temas y en cargar las imágenes

No se pueden crear temas o seleccionar, urge reparar ese problema y el de las imágenes cortadas, se tiene que actualizar la página como 3 veces para visualizar correctamente, y en el celular sucede lo mismo

Also, for the cut images, could you please elaborate more on this? It would be great for us if you can share the screen recording of the issue which you're seeing?
