I can't upload my instagram stories because I keep getting the error "Sorry, something went wrong licensing your Stock assets. Please try again in a few minutes." I am using the stock videos provided. Grrrr.

Dear Adobe, I wasted two hours trying to troubleshoot why I couldn't post from the Scheduler. I disconnected/reconnected FB and IG several times; I deleted accounts; logged out and in several times; rebooted my laptop - only to discover that an asset on your end had a licensing problem even though I had used the same template two weeks before. It took several attempts before I caught a flash of an error for a millisecond and had to video the attempt and pause so I could read the error. Not sure why the error only flashed as a blip and not long enough to read it. Also, not sure why you have templates with licensing issues - could you remove those quickly as to not cause delays like this? Thanks!

Hi @ACollier - first off, I am sorry it took you two hours to get to the bottom of this. Videoing your screen to catch an error that only flashed for a millisecond is a frustrating way to spend an afternoon, and both things you've flagged are things I can let the team know about.

I can ask the team to dig into why an error screen is only up for a moment, and I also know the team has been working on improving how Express flags any licensing issues (aka, getting more specific, and with an explanation where possible). I will pass both of these to the team, along with your point about catching these faster so they don't block posting.

I can't promise timelines on either, but this is exactly the kind of specific, well-documented feedback that helps the team prioritize - thank you for taking the time to write it up here.

Hi @Energetic_fact2707

Sorry to hear you are running into this. Could you double-check your account/subscription status?

Thanks

I am also having this exact problem today using Adobe Express templates with my own photo added. Very frustrating - how can I fix it?

Hi @lindys63172161,

Thank you for your patience.

I just saw your post and wanted to know if you still require help, as it has been some time since you reported this, and sadly, I haven't been able to replicate this!

Have you tried clearing your browser cache/cookies yet? Sometimes, that can fix unexpected issues. If not, using a different browser/incognito mode might work too.

Please let us know if you still need assistance. Rest assured, we'll be happy to troubleshoot further, and looking forward to hearing from you.
