I have been trying to download a PDF file. I made a change to a product brochure, and now I can't get the current file to download. Any time I have changed/updated the file I have been able to download the file. I have been trying for several days in a row. Can you please help, I really need this file.

We're sorry to hear about this. Are you still experiencing this issue? If so, have you tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Try clearing the browser's cache and cookies and check if that helps.
