Error Message disappears before you can read it

Attempted to Edit the text in this PDF and received an error message that it cant convert the text of a scanned document. The bug is that the error disappears before I can read it or even get a screen grab. The error should persist until I close it out. I attached the actual PDF that Im trying to edit so that you can recreate the problem
