ERROR PUBLICAR STORY DE INSTAGRAM

Hola!

 

Estoy programando publicaciones para instagram y no se publica un video a una historia.

 

Adjunto imagen:

 

 

He reintantado a enviar de nuevo. 

 

He actualizado la conexion de la cuenta.

 

y nada.

Uso windows 10 ultima actualización. 

 

El video està creado con adobe express y gestionado directamente desde adobe express para publicar en Instagram. 

Con fotografias en posts no hay problema. Pasa solo al crear una historia.

 

Si publico directamente en instagram, no hay problema.

Donde puedo ver los permisos de la aplicación?

Aparentemente está todo bien.

También he vuelto a conectar la cuenta y ocurre lo mismo.

- Are you on Windows or Mac? Is the computer up to date?
- Are you able to publish the video through Instagram directly? 
- Was the video created in Adobe Express?
