Uso windows 10 ultima actualización.

El video està creado con adobe express y gestionado directamente desde adobe express para publicar en Instagram.

Con fotografias en posts no hay problema. Pasa solo al crear una historia.

Si publico directamente en instagram, no hay problema.

Hi @carlos_5696,

I’m sorry you’re experiencing this issue with posting to Instagram Stories! It sounds like you're doing everything right, but there could still be a couple of things to check.

Here are a few suggestions to try:

  • File size: Instagram may have limitations on file sizes for stories. While 8MB is generally acceptable, it could still be worth trying a smaller file to see if that resolves the issue.

  • Video format: Make sure the video format is compatible with Instagram’s requirements (e.g., MP4).

  • App permissions: Double-check that all permissions for the app are correctly set, especially access to your Instagram account.

If the issue persists, try reconnecting your Instagram account in the app settings once again, and then attempt to post the video. If you’d like, I can also guide you through troubleshooting steps or escalate this issue for further investigation.

Thank you for your patience! Let me know if you need more help.

Best regards,

^MM

Donde puedo ver los permisos de la aplicación?

Aparentemente está todo bien.

También he vuelto a conectar la cuenta y ocurre lo mismo.

Hi @carlos_5696

Sorry to hear about your difficulties. A few questions to better understand:
- Are you on Windows or Mac? Is the computer up to date?
- Are you able to publish the video through Instagram directly?
- Was the video created in Adobe Express?

Thanks,
Dave
