All new.express.adobe.com webpages coming back with 500 error when attempting to publish.

Hi @Elaine5C3E,

We're sorry for the delay in response. Are you still experiencing the issue while publishing the project? If yes, have you tried using the other browsers recommended (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Such issues can also be resolved by removing the cache and cookies from the browser.
