Error Re-sizing Adobe Express Video "UUID: 50abe1ce-8e70-4948-bdcd-324ebabd27e8"

Hi there,

 

I am resizing a video and have received the following error, with error code UUID: 50abe1ce-8e70-4948-bdcd-324ebabd27e8: 

I have cleared my cache and cookies, tried using two different browsers (Chrome and Brave), and have had no luck resolving this.

 

Any fixes?

Hi there,

 

It happens with any project with more than one scene. I have had to segment these scenes out to resize them.

 

I did not have this issue previously when using multiple scenes to resize.

 

This isn't resolved, because this becomes a very tedious workaround. Have you tried this with multiple scenes being resized?

Can you confirm if this is also happening with other video projects, or is it just this specific one? Can you try duplicating the project and downloading the newer one? 

We tried on our end, but it works out fine for the feature you mentioned.
