Error: "Replace Asset" while downloading pdf, jpg or png

Hi there, I am also having this problem, and have replaced the fonts, and there are no blanks spaces (as in unauthorised for licensing) and as the imagery is my own, I am at a loss as to why it won't download. I have ungrouped everything and tried to 'replace' option, but nothing is selected to be replaced so I am stumped. Can you test the document for me to find out what is causing the blockage?

Hi @tedhead1 

 

Sorry to hear that you had to go through a lot of steps to identify the "illegal" object. I am curious if it was inside a group. Otherwise, clicking "Repalce asset" should have selected the icon so you immediately know which item to replace.

 

I realize you are unblocked now, but if you are willing to set up file sharing so we can investigate further, please send a direct message; I can investigate with an earlier version in the file history.

Well it turned out after trying to export each asset seperately that the asset that was 'illegal' was the instagram icon so please take note programmers, and remove the unlicensed assets from the library of choices.
