Error shown utilizing any tool to customize graphic

When using the Adobe Express application, when I make a new project, any edit I make (ie. changing the background color, adding, text, changing the graphic size, etc) ends up triggering a pop up error message. I can't create anything at all. I figured that maybe it's a browser issue or a network issue but it's not. Maybe a bug in the application?

Apologies for the late response and also for the frustration & difficulties you faced with the new Adobe Express. Do you still see the issue? What is the error message you see while editing any project? Is it with one project or all projects? Which browser are you using?

Have you tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Try clearing the browser's cache and cookies to check if that helps.

Also, try restarting your computer.


From Windows browser: Ctrl + Shift + Delete

From Mac browser: Cmd + Shift + Delete

Hard refresh: Ctrl / Cmd + F5 or Ctrl/Cmd + R.
