Error when downloading asset on Adobe Express for IPad and web browser

I am using Adobe Express Version 0.0.1 app I have been using it for several years now on my IPad Air. I used a template for an email header, customized it and it will not download. Other items will download but not this one. I have tried all the suggestions, clearing cache, browser, I permanently deleted older assests, and duplicating the file, attempting to download from the web browser ( there was no option to do that) I have even deleted the app and reinstalled and still this item will not download. This issues has persisted for 2 days and I attached an image of the error below. I love using Adobe express and all of my assests have been made with it. Please help - I feel as if the only choice I have is to re-make the assest and I am not sure I can do that.

Thanks for sharing the issue in detail and letting us know the steps you've already tried. Can you please also specify the export format of the file you're working on? Are you exporting the JPG, PND, or PDF format? Does the export fail for all three formats, or is it specific to the image or PDF format?
