Error when Duplicating

When attempting to duplicate an image an error window appears saying "Something Went Wrong. Try refreshing or returning to home page". The following Error code is also displayed: UUID: fe081f96-5ee3-42be-ac6a-7105c0bdf57c This has been happening on and off for the past couple days and I am unable to use the duplicate function.

Sorry to hear you are running into this issue. Could you clarify the steps that lead to the error? According to logs, this may have something to do with text, rather than duplicating an image as in the original post. If that's the case, could you let us know if you are using any custom fonts?

      Hey @BigKevGW,

       

      Apologies for the late response. Are you still having trouble duplicating the assets inside the project? I just tried to replicate this, and it worked fine for me. Can you please try it once and let us know if it works fine for you, too? 

       

      Also, I'd suggest you clear the cache/cookies of the browser once before working on Adobe Express.
