Error when removing video background

I recorded myself with the front-facing camera. When I try to remove the background, I get an error message that says:

The minimum supported image dimension is 10 * 10

What does this mean and how do I fix it?

I was on my school HP Probook. I was in the web version of Express and used the front-facing camera. I recorded about 20 seconds and got the error message. Tried a couple of times. Restarted my computer. If I recorded 5 seconds (not enough time to say much), it worked. I don't know the format or dimensions; it is whatever the front-facing camera feature uses.

Thanks for responding, @default328585733ahs2d! Would you be willing to share the recorded video with us so we can test it? Have you tried working in private/incognito browsing mode to check if that makes any difference? Please share a screen recording of the workflow with the error so we can understand and investigate this issue.

Hey @Jennifer Ives - 1TechGirl, Welcome to our Adobe Express community!

Please confirm a few details so we can investigate. Could you let us know the device used for recording the video, its format and dimensions, and whether you removed the video background using the mobile or web app? If you're on a mobile device, we'd like to know the device details, installed OS version, and the installed Adobe Express app version. Have you tried this with any other video? Does it give the same error?

Sharing a screen recording of the workflow and the error message would help us understand and investigate this more efficiently.

We are here to help, but we would need more info.

Best,

Amitej
