Error when trying to download video

Hi @hlcaldwell ,

Can you please follow the guidelines under the following link: https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/network-endpoints.html  and see if this solves the issue?

Thanks

Hi @hlcaldwell ,

Can you please confirm if you are still getting an error while downloading a video file? Also if you can share the document ID so we can share with our team for further investigation?

Thanks

Hi @hlcaldwell,

We’re really sorry you’re running into this issue! I have shared the case with our engineering team, in the meantime Could you share the project file with granted edit access via DM, along with your app version, OS, and screenshots or screen recording? This will help our engineering team investigate further.
