Error when trying to remove background on photo

When trying to remove background in photo I receive the following:

I have done the suggested steps found in other community posts on the same issue and it hasn’t resolved.

Even I am getting same error. Such a basic feature is not working, not sure if I will continue using Adobe. Canva is much better.
