Error when using the Adobe Express remove background application for the last several days.

    Thanks for reaching out! We’re sorry to hear about this. Could you please let us know the make and model of the device you are using? Did you try on the desktop device? Did you try reinstalling the app to check if that helps?

    Hello Tarun,

    I'm currently running the app on a Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Plus.....I also tried running the application through Google Chrome as well on Desktop Site view and encountered the same issue. 

     

    I tried restarting my phone and opening the app again and keep getting the same error.  I checked the Google Play Store and there's app update needing to be installed either.
