Error while downloading PDF

Adobe Acrobate Reader is up to date and enabled. When I try to download a PDF I have the following error : Error downloading as PDF PdfExportServiceUnexpectedResponseError: pdfEditor process exited with code: 139

I just came across this post and wanted to see if the recent bug fixes made a difference.

Since you reported, our engineering team has been working hard to fix this pesky bug.

 

In the meantime, you can clear your browser cache and cookies, ensuring you have installed the latest Browser version using a different browser or in incognito mode.
