Error while trying to download video

Hi. When I try to download video an error pops up during "gathering data" phase. I tried closing browser, restarting, different video quality - the same error pops up. Please help me fix this, I worked 2 days on this video. I need to download it.

Just saw your post. While I haven't seen recent reports about this and haven't been able to replicate this, I'm here to help!

Please retest this. It may also help to check if you have cleared your browser cache/cookies yet. Sometimes, that can fix unexpected issues. If not, using a different browser/incognito mode might work too.
