Hello @Neelamk 

 

I was able to access https://express.adobe.com/sp/projects and edit some files. Yesterday and early today, I am back to a frustrating experience of not being able to open any file again. "We are sorry, an error has ocurred. Please try reloading the page. If you keep seeing this message, contact Adobe Express support." Which when I click, I am just redirected  to > https://new.express.adobe.com/ Sometimes, it asks me to re-login. Like today, I was able to do the file edits but after making a hundred or so of page refresh, or cleaning up the browsing cache. It is so frustrating.

We are sorry for your difficulties. The previous version files are in a folder called [Originals] but are available only for download, not editing. I recommend converting your files to a new version and trying editing.
