Every Year We Have Issues With Adobe. Please help!

I tried to share a presentation with another teacher, but the teacher cannot open it, it just spins. Also, last year, I could embed a presentation into Canvas so students could make a copy of it to edit, but now I cannot do that. Our tech team has been trying to fix it, but nothing seems to work. Please help! I need students to be able to access the presentation.

Hi,

 

that sounds like multiple different problems. "but the teacher cannot open it, it just spins." does it work with another presentation/Teacher? Is the Linked URL working with other people? Please check this.


"I could embed a presentation into Canvas so students could make a copy of it to edit, but now I cannot do that." That maybe could be a Canva and not an Adobe problem. Can the presentation be opened without embedding it? For checking just mail the URL to another person and let them check.

    Sorry to hear about your difficulties. Do you have the URL for the project which isn't loading? Is it possible to share it here?

     

    We've gotten a few other reports about embedded codes not working in Canvas. I believe our developers plan to address it but don't have a timeline for when. I'll report your impact along with the others.
